Incoming Material
Inspection
All critical raw materials and purchased parts are inspected before warehousing, including specification, dimensions, appearance, and basic performance to ensure they meet production requirements.
Component Processing
Inspection
During component processing, our technicians inspect key dimensions, machining accuracy, and surface quality to prevent errors from accumulating in later stages.
In-Process Assembly
Inspection
During assembly, each mechanical structure, electrical system, pneumatic system, and transmission component is checked according to standard procedures to ensure correct positioning, secure connections, and proper operating logic.
Electrical & Control
System Inspection
After wiring is completed, each machine undergoes testing of circuit connections, control logic, sensor signals, and safety protection functions to ensure stable and reliable operation.
No-Load Machine
Test
After full assembly, the machine undergoes a no-load test to verify startup, operating rhythm, transmission stability, alarm functions, and overall coordination.
Functional & Performance
Testing
Depending on the equipment type, we perform functional validation such as conveying accuracy, counting accuracy, spray performance, needle sterilization, beak trimming results, and crating efficiency to ensure the equipment meets design requirements.
Continuous Operation
Test
Key equipment is subjected to continuous operation tests to evaluate stability, durability, and temperature rise during extended use, reducing the risk of on-site issues.
Final Pre-Delivery
Inspection
Before packaging and shipment, our QC team performs a final check on appearance, accessories, labels, manuals, and packing lists to ensure complete and correct delivery.
